Let’s see what you remember from physical science!!!

The smallest unit of matter is known as an Atom

Fill in the following table matching the parts of an atom with its charge

Part of atom	Charge
Proton	Positive
Neutron	Neutral (No)
Electron	Negative

 After that we started into some notes on basic chemistry.  Please check edline for these - most classes made it through the slide on ions.  

We then did some work in the books.  I had you answer some questions on the first section - we will continue to do this tomorrow. (Have some notes time and some book time).
