LAST bit of content that we FLEW through this week!  I didn't get into great detail on this stuff since you learned this all in 8th grade.  I have been VERY impressed with how much you guys remember!!  You should be proud :)

Thursday April 21st - Evolution Wrap Up

It's been a crazy past week with the choir kids out last Thursday - Monday and getting us all on the same page.  I decided to just do a wrap up post on all the "evidence of evolution" stuff.

Wednesday April 13th - Macroevolution - Isolation Mechanisms

Today's Daily Questions went a little like this....

Then we started into MacroEvolution:

We watched for the first couple minutes and last couple minutes of this crash course that describe #1.  What a species is and #2.  How reproductive isolation aids in the development of new species.

Then took notes on the different isolation mechanisms he referred to:

Well THAT was an interesting class period :)

Tuesday April 12th - Finish up Microevolution

We had the same reminders and goals as yesterday.  We just went through the rest of the forms of microevolution.  Our daily questions.....
