Today I gave you your tests back, we will probably go over them when I have a voice again, but at least you have an idea of how well you did. I also played the following Crash Course video as an introduction to the next topic. I had you write down key terms that he said just to keep you focused and we'll really start into this next week.

Onto Cell membrane and Cell Transport
Yesterday we took our test on Cell structure and function. That will be ONE of the first grades to go on the 2nd nine weeks. Overall you guys did ok, I was a little disappointed in how many of you did not complete the take home portion of the exam. While it was only worth 9 of the 52 points, that was meant not only to be a way to increase your test score, but a way to almost force you to review for the exam. Please do not get too discouraged if you didn't do so well, remember how many grades we end up having in the this class!

After watching that, you began to look through the chapter with a directed reading packet. We will work through this again tomorrow and actually start getting down the notes on Monday with some activities to follow on Tuesday and Wednesday.
